This fall, the SDSU Jackrabbit Youth Mentoring Club (JYMC),  BCYMP’s campus affiliate, partnered with SMSU’s Sociology Club, Brookings Lowes, Sideline Productions, and Edgewood Vista to build four standing garden boxes for the Edgewood residents to plant next spring. Brookings County Youth Mentoring Program is a local non-profit that facilitates youth mentoring for K-12 students. BCYMP is currently planning the group events for the Spring of 2018 and seeks volunteer partners to organize, host or sponsor events.
